Rates
Council rates are charged by TDC on each site direct to owners as per normal and are not the responsibility of the RA
Levy
Residents’ Association Levy is currently set at $1000/year and is invoiced quarterly. You may prefer to pay on a regular basis by direct debit
Body Corporate Levy: Set by Huka Falls Courtyard Body Corp (BC) and Resort BC 400345.
Invoiced through BC Management and set at rates set by BC
